The Eternal Soul King stood in the sky, blood leaking from every part
of his body. His breathing was ragged, each inhale a struggle, yet a wide, triumphant smile stretched across his face.
It had taken everything.
Sacrifices. Losses. Half his army. Even burning his life force and soul force, essences that are extremely hard to heal for a Limit Third Realm powerhouse.
But they had done it.
For a single second-they had halted the momentum of the Scarlet King.
And in that fleeting instant, Shakra had unleashed everything.
Every Soul Beast fused into his body had detonated at once, releasing a catastrophic explosion. The shockwaves spread across entire continents, engulfing the Scarlet King completely in a storm of annihilation.
"Even with a Sacred Treasure enhancing his defenses..." Shakra muttered, blood spilling from his lips with every word, "that blast should have torn his organs apart."
His voice was hoarse, almost inhuman, but the ferocity in it ignited the hearts of the remaining Royal Blutlinie.
The battle had lasted less than half an hour.
And yet-
The number of Alpha Omega Overgod Royal Blutlinie that had perished surpassed fifteen.
"Now is the time!" Shakra roared, forcing strength into his failing body. "Bring me his head!"
At his command, two Peak Alpha Omega Overgod Royal Blutlinie shot
forward, diving toward the crater where the Scarlet King had fallen. They were among the fastest remaining warriors, crossing the battlefield in an instant as they tore through the smoke left by the impact.
Their eyes burned with excitement.
With anticipation.
They would be the ones to end the nightmare. Claiming the honor of killing the Scarlet King.
But-
The moment the smoke cleared...
Everything froze.
The Scarlet King stood there.
Unmoving.
Unbroken.
There were wounds beneath the armor-subtle signs of damage-but his aura still burned like a supernova, vast and overwhelming. It was as if the devastating attack had done nothing more than knock him to the ground.
Fear struck the two warriors instantly.
They tried to retreat, but they were too late.
Cain moved.
His gauntleted fist exploded forward, crushing the head of one of them in a single blow. At the same time, his other hand shot out, grabbing the leg of the second warrior.
Then-
He slammed him into the ground.

Twice.
Again and again.
Each impact cracked the earth, sending shockwaves rippling upward into the sky itself.
The Royal Blutlinie watching from above felt their hearts drop into an abyss of horror.
This... was impossible.
Even if he had survived that attack, he should have been gravely wounded, barely able to fight back.

Nothing made sense anymore.

Cain tossed the broken body aside, storing both Peak Overgods into his spatial treasure as if they were nothing more than resources. Then
he slowly raised his head.
His gaze locked onto Shakra.
"Chaos of Momentum."
His voice echoed across the battlefield.
The very fabric of the universe responded.
A radiant scarlet light erupted from his body, infused with the Power of Chaos. The ground beneath him shattered, boulders the size of mountains rising into the air as the pressure intensified.
Shakra's heart began to pound wildly.
Faster.
Faster.
It felt as though the jaws of some primordial beast were closing
around him, ready to devour him whole.
'I need to run.
The thought appeared-
And for the first time since the battle began, it felt real.
But before he could act-
"Scarlet Shooting Star!"
Cain roared.
And then-
He vanished.
What followed could not be measured.
Not by speed.
Not by perception.
Not even by thought.
To every Third Realm lifeform present-even those at the Limit Alpha Omega Overgod level-it was nothing more than a streak of scarlet
light.
A flash.
A line carved through existence itself.
It tore through dozens of Soul Beasts and Royal Blutlinie alike, shattering bodies, scattering warriors, and leaving destruction in its
wake as it cut through the sky.
And then-
It appeared before Shakra.
"ZNNNNNN!"
By the time the Eternal Soul King's mind processed what had
happened, it was already over.
A tearing sound echoed.
He looked down.
And saw it.
A hand-
Piercing through his chest.
Emerging from his back.
Holding his still-beating heart.
His eyes twitched once.
Twice.
Then the light within them faded.
His body went limp, hanging from Cain's arm like a lifeless puppet.
Silence fell over the battlefield.
The warriors of both the Eternal Soul Kingdom and the Immortal
Nirvana Kingdom stared in disbelief, their hearts trembling.
A Realm Ruler-
A being who commanded trillions.
A king capable of leading armies of Alpha Omega Overgods-
Had died, his body still impaled in the hand of the Scarlet King.
Cain slowly withdrew his hand, still holding the beating heart. Without hesitation, he stored it away. Then he grabbed Shakra's corpse before it could fall.
And in full view of everyone-
He opened his mouth.
And began to eat.
Flesh.
Muscle.
Bone.
Devouring the body of the Eternal Soul King as if it were nothing
more than prey.
That was the breaking point.
Every last trace of courage vanished from the hearts of the Royal
Blutlinie.
They turned and ran.
The warriors in the sky fled in terror. Those on the ground followed,
abandoning everything as they pushed their bodies beyond their limits, desperate to escape from the Scarlet King.
Cain did not pursue.
He finished devouring every last fragment of Shakra's body, then
moved across the battlefield, collecting corpses, harvesting resources, and stripping the Immortal Nirvana stronghold of anything of value.
Only when nothing remained, his figure vanished, reappearing within the Time Lake in less than an hour. And the moment he did, his body collapsed inward.
Jets of blood burst from every orifice, every wound, every crack in his
flesh.
The price of that battle-
Had finally come due.
