Chapter 2525 Cain Vs Shakra (I)
Cain continued studying the fused domains of the Eternal Soul King and the Nirvana Crown Prince, his perception fully immersed in the clash above.
Every fluctuation, every distortion, every ripple of power-he
absorbed it all, trying to figure out the broad principles behind Ancestor Domains.
Normally, soul force alone would not give you any insight as Ancestor Doamisn were Fourth Realm power, but so were the Flow and the Power of Chaos. It was not a lot, but every bit counted.
His eyes did not deviate for even a second, spending an entire hour focused solely in the domain until-
"CRACK!"
"RUMBLE!"
A tremor erupted across the battlefield.
It spread with terrifying speed, extending far beyond the immediate warzone-reaching nearly a third of the entire realm. Massive cracks began forming across the sky itself, tearing through space-time for hundreds of thousands of kilometers.
The very fabric of reality fractured.
Both armies froze.
Their eyes widened as they turned toward the dark sphere in the sky, fear and anticipation mixing in their gazes.
If the energy contained within those dual Ancestor Domains was leaking out into the world...
Then there was only one explanation.
The domains were destabilizing.
And they were about to collapse.
The tremors intensified.
The cracks expanded, devouring entire sections of the sky as if existence itself was being peeled apart.
Then-
The sphere exploded.
A torrent of destructive cosmic force burst outward in all directions, flooding the battlefield with annihilation. Streams of energy tore through mountain ranges, reducing them to dust, while entire squadrons of Blutlinie were erased in an instant-too slow to escape the devastation.

The Royal Blutlinie did not retreat.
They didn't even blink.
Their eyes remained locked on the epicenter of the explosion, each warrior desperate to know-

The answer came quickly.
One figure fell from the sky like a broken doll.

Remained standing.

Horror gripped their hearts as they recognized the falling figure.
The Nirvana Crown Prince.
He was still alive-but barely.
His left arm was gone.

collapse.
Above him, the Eternal Soul King stood victorious.
But not unscathed.
Not even close.
Half of his once-handsome face had melted away, exposing bone beneath charred flesh. His right arm hung uselessly at his side, the shoulder shattered and corroded by a dark, malignant energy that resisted all healing.
Even so...
He still stood.
And his killing intent exploded as he gazed down at the unconscious
Crown Prince.
"DIE!"
Shakra roared, thrusting his hand forward.
A monstrous entity materialized behind him.
It was gargantuan-its wings stretching as wide as moons, its body engulfed in raging flames. A massive horn jutted from its skull, and its
entire form radiated a catastrophic aura.
Its power...
Had reached the Half-Step Fourth Realm.
"Ragnarok... kill him!"
The beast roared, its voice shaking the heavens as it surged forward,
diving toward the fallen Nirvana Crown Prince.
Panic spread among the Knights of the Immortal Nirvana Kingdom.
They moved instantly, trying to break through enemy lines to
intercept the attack. The Royal Blutlinie all understood-if the Crown
Prince died here, even if they survived the battle, the Immortal
Nirvana King would slaughter them all upon his return.
But the forces of the Eternal Soul Kingdom held them back.
Relentlessly.
There was no escape.
No way to intervene.
All they could do...
Was watch.
Ragnarok descended like a falling apocalypse, its claws outstretched, ready to annihilate the Crown Prince once and for all.
"ROOOAAARRR-!"

"YOU!"
The Eternal Soul King's roar was filled with rage and hatred as his gaze locked onto Cain. Other than the Crown Prince, that was the
man he wanted to kill the most.
Even within the depths of the Ancestor Domain, he had remained
aware of the battle outside. He knew exactly what had happened.
The Red King had killed his brother.
Damian may have been a coward-may have tried to flee-but he was
still a prince of the Eternal Soul Kingdom.
And no one...
No one but Shakra himself...
Had the right to take his life.
Cain met his gaze calmly.
A faint glint of amusement flickered in his golden eyes.
Then he waved his hand.
Several treasures appeared in the air-spheres, plants, crystalline objects-all radiating immense life force.
With a single thought-
They shattered.
White flames fused with their essence, transforming them into a
radiant stream of healing energy that surged toward the fallen
Nirvana Crown Prince.
Everyone watched in stunned silence.
The Crown Prince's wounds-those catastrophic injuries that had been eroding his life force and destabilizing his soul-suddenly froze.

They began to heal.
Slowly.
Steadily.
Not instant recovery-but far faster than anything natural.
The twitch of the Crown Prince's eyelids signaled the return of
consciousness.
"Impressive..." Cain murmured softly. "His regenerative capabilities are truly remarkable. Hybrids really are the best of both worlds."
He nodded to himself.

His Wings of Chaos extended.
They spread wide before folding inward, shielding the Nirvana Crown
Prince and drawing him behind Cain's back.
A clear statement.
A declaration.
This one... was under his protection.
The sight only fueled Shakra's fury.
His killing intent surged to unprecedented levels.
He had been moments away from victory-not only killing the Crown
Prince, but also claiming the fragments of the Sacred Treasure he
carried.

Everything had been taken from him.

"Fine..." Shakra's voice dropped, trembling with rage. "Then I'll kill you
both."
